Introduction
In order to ensure eligibility for the Programme, projects must comply fully with the European and national rules applicable to the Programme. The Member State and Managing Authority have issued a series of guidance notes to amplify and interpret these rules in the context of the Programme.
The European rules take the form of regulations which can be found on the European Union legislation website http://eur-lex.europa.eu/en/index.htm.

The Programme Managing Authority has produced an Operating Manual which is intended as a general reference guide for the implementation of the Programme and can be found here
